The core setup takes about one week from kickoff to launch. You'll have 4 implementation sessions during setup, then 3 post-launch calls over the following two months, plus 24/7 support during that time.
What platforms do you support?
We primarily work with Beehiiv for newsletter publishing and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for paid subscriber acquisition. We also provide a GoHighLevel-based ad management platform for managing sponsor campaigns.
Is ad spend included in the $5,000?
No. The $5,000 covers our setup, strategy, and support services. You'll need a separate budget for Meta ad spend if you want to use paid acquisition (we recommend starting with $10-20/day).
What happens after the two months of support?
You have complete flexibility. You can continue with our Local Newsletter OS program (50% off for life), book additional consulting sessions, or run your newsletter independently with the systems we've built for you.
